Food was very good, there was alot of it. Waiter was very pleasant.

Total ambiance! From the moment we walked in to the bartender telling us good night, this was a perfect dining experience. The visit was a spur of the moment decision and so glad it was. Our server was very pleasant & helpful since we had never been there. I ordered the Pasta Primavera and it was delicious - vegetables were still firm and flavorful. The baked ziti was very cheesy and sauce was perfect. They visited the table just enough if you needed something but not to the point of being annoying. Will definitely go back. It was very clean, music was at a nice sound level & food didn't take long to get back.

Our waitress was great and the food was very good. We spent a little over an hour there .We left and I realized I had forgotten my Ambasol in a glass bottle. We ex husband called not even 30 minutes later for them to tell us they threw it away .Seriously that stuff is like 10 dollars a bottle and it was just opened . Should of been easy to tell it was new . I can't believe you Ivy's threw it away. Very disappointed !

Good food

Loved, loved the Lobster Ravioli with Pink Sauce! Could have licked my plate! Also had onion soup-excellent! And as dessert cream brûlée also excellent although it was called something else. Food was hot and excellent !

Love the atmosphere, my penne primavera with pink sauce is always delicious. Last visit, everyone in the party enjoyed their wines. My husband was a little less excited about his lobster ravioli, but he's really a lasagna or simple seafood guy. Love it here!

Amazing hospitality by the owner and staff. I was celebrating my birthday with my Uncle & Aunt. They wouldn't let me leave without my complimentary dessert for the occasion. The lobster raviolis and cheesecake was amazing!

I have not been here in many years. I have mixed reviews. Portion size was great. Old world style feel was there as well. I was disappointed when I went to order the N.Y. strip steak. 24.00 with only a vegetable ( not a potato included ). When you order a steak, a potato should accompany. Price was okay. All around me I kept hearing the waitress telling folks " there is an up charge " for many things. Small things that made no sense. At the end of tje day, we all had a pasta dish. Big portions light on seasoning.

My husband had taken me to Donatellos for dinner. It was our first time eating at Donatellos. It has such a great atmosphere, very pretty modern theme, and very comfortable seating. The manager had come over to the table to welcome us to the restaurant and to ask how our visit was so far. I really appreciate that the manager took time to come over to greet my husband and I. The servers had a good attitude towards the customers as well. The food was absolutely delicious. The cheesecake is the best cheesecake my husband and I have ever eaten. We will absolutely visit Donatellos again. 💗

Loved it! Beautiful little cozy restaurant, great food, wonderful atmosphere. Definetly try their passion peach sangria. Only flaw was they delay in bringing our food. We waited almost an hour before our food arrived but worth the wait because it was delicious. Must stop by if u are in Indiana.

Honestly best food in town, the price is worth it for the quality and service that goes into your meal. This place is one of the only business/casual dressed places in Indiana. Well trained staff and a 5 Star chef in the kitchen. Don't let some Indiana reviews fool you, "Over Priced" for some people could mean its not on a two for $4 menu in this town.

The chicken cordon bleu was phenomenal! Service was top notch. The bread was amazing. Very disappointed in the red sauce. It tastes like jar sauce. Highly recommended! We will definitely be eating here again! Waitress, Morgan, was very attentive and provided excellent service! Reasonably priced, good portions.

Absolutely my favorite restaurant when visiting Indiana! Food and service are top notch. Living in a major metropolitan area like the Washington DC/ Baltimore corridor I never expected to find a restaurant that I truly look forward to going to in a small rural town like Indiana. However, much to my pleasant surprise, Donatello's food easily holds its own against the best Italian restaurants in our area.

This was one of the best meals I have ever had. Everything from the cocktails, to the entrees, and service was phenomenal. The chicken cord en bleu is a must have!! We will be back to Indiana just for this restaurant.

I see other reviews talking about the price of things, but I can say that for sure the steak I had was well worth the price. It was perfectly cooked and tasted amazing. Staff was attentive and friendly.EDIT: Also, the cheesecake was freaking awesome!

Great Atmosphere and service, portion sizes are small for the price!

The service was excellent and so was the food. My husband didn't get enough of the lobster ravioli. There were only 5 on a plate with a lot of sauce...wishing he could have customized his order...more for more $$. He would have loved 8-10 on his plate. Otherwise, the meals were excellent. Parking could have been more than metered, on-street...a small lot would have been nice. The owner checked on us twice and thanked us for visiting and we complimented him on his restaurant and delicious food.

Perfect, best service I have had in years great experience

I've been to this restaurant many times and have never been disappointed. The food is delicious and the wait staff is extremely courteous and friendly. If I had one small criticism it would be that the portions should be a bit larger.
